Before BasileJet, Mauricio (Basile) Rodrigues worked on the manufacturer's side of aviation, managing projects at Embraer, and later built an international business in logistics.

That experience shaped the way BasileJet approaches private aviation: not simply by looking at aircraft availability, but by understanding what the aircraft, route and operation actually require.

Today, BasileJet combines that technical perspective with a personal, relationship-driven approach to private aviation — connecting clients with the appropriate operational solution through its relationship with Air Dynamics and its operator network.

BasileJet is an independent sales representative within the Air Dynamics network. We do not own or operate aircraft.

Flights are sourced and operated through Air Dynamics and its certified operator partners, allowing us to focus on what matters to the client: understanding the requirement, identifying the appropriate aircraft and coordinating the journey from enquiry to departure.

No fleet to fill. No aircraft sitting idle that needs a passenger. Just the right solution for the journey.
